Summary - Conall Gulbann.

The Irish king became separated from his companion in mist and spent the night with a strange family. He woke up to find what he thought was one night was three seasons (nine months), and he has infant son who is christened Conall Gulban. The King gets back to his own land with the aid of magic boots.

Years later he sends Sgal Gaoithe for Conall to rule Ireland while he and his other three sons go to the crusades. Conall's grandfather gives him magic boots and a sword, and he joins the army and wins the battle. Conall rescues the princess from a castle and escapes with help of his sword. The princess abducted while Conall sleeps; rescues princess again, marries her and gets one fifth of Ireland to rule.
