Summary - A comic song composed by the contributor.

Preceded by a valedictory speech and information on how the song came to be composed. He had a bad bronchial cold while he was serving with the Royal Air Force in Woolwich which wouldn't leave him. He was visiting his cousins and one of the girls said she would get a special medicine for him. He paid five shillings for it, took it home, and started taking it. One day he forgot to take the dose and when he remembered he took two tablespoons instead. This made him feel very dizzy and he felt that the room was spinning. He went outside and fell over. He then composed this song about the medicine.
